Rambler Brotherhood Project
The Rambler Brotherhood Project (RBP), first unveiled in spring 2023, is a student success initiative that aims to improve the educational experience for all students. Through a host of mentorship, programmatic, and academic opportunities, the Rambler Brotherhood Project aims to instill a sense of resilience and belonging in all students. RBP is open to all students who are interested in and committed to the program’s mission, regardless of their gender identity or sex.
Keith M. Champagne, PhD, Loyola’s vice president for Student Development, is passionate about the program’s potential impact. “We are creating an excellent leadership pipeline of professional, educated young leaders who can succeed economically, socially, culturally, and politically–leaders who will help Chicago to become a better city and place.”

"Ever since I've been a part of RBP, I've felt like an actual part of the Loyola community," says Emmanuel Ezeocha, a junior double majoring in music and information systems. "It has allowed me to come out of my shell and understand that there are people who want to help me.
