Description: | This elective is geared towards exposing the medical student to all aspects of dermatopathology. Daily activities include attending pathology lectures/sessions with the residents, dermatopathology signout and didactic sessions, and learning about dermatopathology at the microscope with the dermatopathology fellow and attendings. Basic principles of specimen processing and histology will also be covered. |
Method of Evaluation: | Students will present topics and cases to the faculty and participate in signout activities. Evaluation will be based on their overall performance. |
