Jacqueline Jasinski
A Global and Diverse Persepctive
Jacqueline completed the Corporate Practice certificate in Paralegal Studies, graduating in December 2021. She now works as a Senior Contract Analyst at Medline. Her advice for adult learners entering the paralegal program is to step out of their comfort zones, challenge their thoughts and dreams, and make incremental changes each day to pave the way for success.
Jacqueline chose Loyola for its dedication to knowledge acquisition, skill development, curiosity, and a global perspective. Jacqueline resonates with Loyola's value of cura personalis, or caring for the whole person. She sees it as particularly important in the professional realm where interpersonal skills and attention to detail are vital.
"Between dealing with managers, fellow employees or even clients, we use skills such as problem solving and paying attention to detail which are both needed to nurture and protect, which circle backs to cura personalis."
Her academic journey at SCPS has involved a rigorous curriculum that delved into various aspects of corporate law, offering courses such as contract administration, legal research and writing, and bankruptcy law.
As an ambassador, Jacqueline aims to inspire others to pursue higher education, challenging them to step out of their comfort zones and reach their full potential. She is grateful for the networking opportunities provided by the university and the successful completion of her paralegal certificate program, which has empowered her to apply her diverse knowledge to her career and inspire others to excel through education.
