About

Alexia has a BA in Global Studies with a concentration in Environmental Action and Leadership from Loyola University Chicago. She did the Rome Start program at the Rome Center from 2019 – 2020, later returning as a senior in the Fall 2022. Growing up with a parent from Italy, Alexia quickly developed a love and admiration for Italian culture through her constant travels to Italy to visit family and vacation; she has dedicated years to studying the Italian language. She hopes to instill this enthusiasm and passion for Italian culture in students as they navigate their journey abroad, enriching their cultural experience.
