The Student Rights, Responsibilities & Conflict Resolution Team (SRRCR) within the Office of the Dean of Students is committed to contributing to the overall growth and development of the Loyola University Chicago community. We offer a variety of tools for conflict resolution used to meet the unique needs of students, foster learning experiences, and restore peace to the Loyola community.
Conflict Coaching—We provide guidance to students about engaging in conflict more effectively.
Mediation—We serve as a third party, facilitating a structured session to resolve conflict and create a plan for moving forward.
Circles—A session for a group that fosters open dialogue, honesty, and attentive listening.
Restorative Justice Conference—Process of dialogue with the intent of restoring relationships and repairing harm in a community.
Trainings & Workshops - The SRRCR Team can offer trainings and workshops for student groups and organizations.
