Description
The self-paced course, Accessibility in Loyola University Chicago's (LUC) Online Learning Environment is designed to guide you through the process of creating accessible course content in LUC's online learning environment. After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Recognize the importance of making your online course materials accessible.
- Differentiate between making course materials accessible and providing accommodations.
- Identify inappropriate uses of color based on LUC's Accessibility Guidelines.
- Recognize ways to format text that adheres to LUC's Accessibility Guidelines.
- Determine if multimedia (images, audio, and video) meets LUC's Accessibility Guidelines.
- Access accessibility support and resources available to you at Loyola.
Get Started
Select Accessibility in LUC's Online Learning Environment to access the course. The course sign-in will open in a new tab and you will be prompted to enter your name and email address. Please enter your LUC email address. Once you enter your information, the course will open in a new window.
