Partners in Mission

The Jesuit and Catholic heritage of Loyola University Chicago, established at its founding in 1870, has evolved into a unique culture, as well as a living tradition that has been renewed and reanimated by generations of students, faculty, staff, administrators, and alumni. This heritage includes the depth of Ignatian Spirituality, education pedagogy, and an appreciation of the rich diversity of faith traditions that Loyola staff and faculty bring to Loyola.

Loyola 201: Partners in Mission

Working together with the Department of Human Resources, Mission Integration convenes Loyola 201: Partners in Mission, an orientation for new staff. The purpose of the orientations is to acquaint or reacquaint new members of the Loyola community with the history and goals of Jesuit higher education so that they may appreciate and incorporate an understanding of the university's mission into their roles at the university.

Each orientation session will run from 9:00am-12:00pm with breakfast offered beforehand.
