Adobe Creative Cloud At-Home Access

Loyola faculty and staff can access the Adobe products on Loyola imaged machines.  Faculty and staff that do not have access to a Loyola imaged machine or prefer to work on personal workstations are eligible for “At-Home” access as part of the University license agreement.  Current faculty and staff who need “At-Home” access should contact the ITS Service Desk.  Once added to the “At-Home” license group, individuals can follow the instructions below to enable access to Creative Cloud Desktop Apps on your personal device.

Students can access Adobe Creative Cloud products on any public access lab workstation.  Students in classes that utilize Adobe Creative Cloud products may receive an "At-Home" license if the instructor determines it is necessary.  There is a limited number of student "At-Home" licenses available so all requests for student access must come from the instructor of record.

Student workers can access Adobe Creative Cloud products on any on-campus imaged workstation.  If a student worker needs to access Adobe Creative Cloud products on personal devices, their supervisor can request an "At-Home" license for the student worker.  Student worker "At-Home" licenses will expire at the same time that HR terminates all student workers in May.

Please Note - The Student "At-Home" Creative Cloud license for Fall 2024 will expire on December 20, 2024.
