Loyola Secure Access
Loyola Secure Access (LSA) is a service that securely provides users with anytime, anywhere access to the Loyola network. Once connected to LSA, you can securely access campus resources from virtually anywhere with an Internet connection. Loyola University Chicago provides access to LSA on an as-needed basis.
LSA has been updated to use a new Multi-factor Authentication service. Please visit our page on Multi-Factor Authentication to learn more.
LSA users must have an installed and running firewall and antivirus prior to connecting to Loyola Secure Access. Please see the Personal Firewall and Antivirus pages for information on your Windows or Mac computer.
For help with LSA, please contact the ITS Service Desk at ITSServiceDesk@luc.edu or by phone at 773-508-4487.
LSA Usage
Before using LSA for the first time, your account must be set up for multi-factor authentication (MFA). If you have not done so already, please see Multi-Factor Authentication.
If you have already set up your account for use with the new MFA service and simply need to install and use LSA on a new machine, see GlobalProtect.
LSA will always use your MFA "preferred option", which can be changed via the MFA preferences page after completing your first-time MFA setup.
