HSC Poster Printing

Digital Media Services offers the Health Sciences Campus affordable large format printing services for individual, academic projects, research posters, and limited informational signage. This service is available to University students, faculty and staff (including Hospital residents and fellows).

We offer heavy-weight Matte or Glossy paper options. Posters submitted must have one dimension that is either 36-inch or 42-inch, based on the sizes of our paper rolls. Processing turnaround time is 3 business days.

Once submitted the poster is printed as is (with the exception of requesting the poster size being doubled). Digital Media Services will NOT make any corrections and will NOT reprint due to formatting issues or typographical errors as they are the sole responsibility of the submitter. If a poster must be reprinted due to an error in the file, the user will be responsible for payment for both posters. Be aware poster printers will not print to edge, so there will be a small white margin around the final printed poster.

Pickup and Payment Details

After the poster has been printed, you will be notified to pick-up your order from Cuneo Center SSOM room 180 between the hours of 9am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. If you are paying by credit card, you will receive an email directing you to our TouchNet site along with the information you will need to submit with your payment. Once you have paid for your poster, please bring either a printed or electronic receipt to our office as proof of payment. If billed to a department account code, we will transfer those at the end of each month (roughly 30-60 days).
