Interfolio Faculty180
Welcome to Interfolio Faculty180 (F180), Loyola University Chicago's web-based faculty activity reporting system.
F180 can be accessed at anytime from anywhere with a secure Internet connection. F180 provides a single, convenient place for users to maintain their activity data and generate academic vitas and other administrative reports.
About F180
Interfolio F180 is a comprehensive online system used to track faculty teaching, research, service, and other professional activities, and in turn, summarize or report upon the work of individuals, units, or the campus faculty. Such reports fulfill data needs for annual faculty reviews, promotion/tenure reviews, and administrative or accreditation purposes.
The F180 system provides the platform for the faculty annual review process. Within F180, faculty can provide requested materials and share annual CV reports directly with supervisors. A companion system, called Interfolio Review, Promotion, & Tenure or RPT, provides the platform for the tenure/promotion review process. Once fully implemented, F180 data will feed directly into the RPT system to help build tenure and promotion portfolios. Together, F180 and RPT structure and document the university-wide review processes.
F180 reduces the faculty burden of documenting teaching, research, and service activities for different purposes. Faculty users can enter information one time and use it for multiple purposes, such as creating CVs for grant applications or faculty evaluations. In addition, university data like course schedules and Smart Evals teaching evaluations are loaded into F180.
