CPA Training
THE OFFICE FOR EQUITY & COMPLIANCE RELIES on a pool of trained and qualified Comprehensive Policy Administrators (“CPAs”) who assist with the University’s response to reports and the administration of Equitable Resolution Procedures ("ERP") and Grievance Process. CPAs are otherwise employed by the University and serve in such a capacity based on their respective roles. CPAs perform various functions impartially and free from conflicts of interest and bias, at the coordination and direction of the Executive Director for Equity & Compliance.
CPAs are trained in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. This training is designed to ensure the consistent application of the Comprehensive Policy (including the ERP and Grievance Process) and improve CPAs’ understanding of relevant processes and concepts.
