Tim Love, JD, MS, is Executive Director for Equity & Compliance/Title IX Coordinator for all campuses and programs of Loyola University Chicago and leads the Office for Equity & Compliance team. With over 15 years of experience in higher education administration, Love has dedicated his career to promoting safety, accountability, equity, and inclusive excellence for the benefit of all university students and employees.

Meghan Tobin, JD, has developed investigatory expertise throughout her career. Before joining the OEC, Meghan represented clients in a variety of matters as an associate at a Chicago law firm. Meghan has had training and experience in conducting person-centered interviews and is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and diverse environment at Loyola for all of the University’s employees and students.

Karolina Bartosik, JD, employs a trauma-informed approach in her investigations and strives to preserve and foster a diverse, safe, and inclusive environment within Loyola. Karolina previously worked as an associate at a Chicago law firm, where she handled internal and regulatory investigations for clients and maintained an active pro bono practice in civil rights litigation, asylum representation, and special education advocacy.
