What is Dual Credit?

Loyola’s Dual Credit Program allows high school students to enroll in college-level courses for credit prior to high school graduation. Course are taught at the high school during the regular school day by high school faculty who have earned affiliate lecturer status at Loyola University Chicago.

Credits earned through Loyola's Dual Credit Program are designed to be applied to a student's high school graduation requirements and in most cases, transferred to other colleges and universities.
