On behalf of our Stritch community, CONGRATULATIONS on your tremendous achievement.   Today marks a momentous day: the first of many as you pursue your medical education throughout your career.  Who would have thought that when you entered Stritch, you would be confronting the challenges of medical school during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic!  Now, you are equipped with a strong foundation of technical skills and as importantly, you have learned to listen with empathy, developed the capacity to accompany your patients and colleagues, and create community.  You have learned the importance of caring for yourself as you care for others.
