About

Kevin joined CELTS in 2015 as the Program Manager for Undergraduate Research. He directly oversees the Provost Research Fellowship and helps coordinate the other 14 fellowship programs across the university. He also helps coordinate the Undergraduate Research and Engagement Symposium each spring. Kevin believes very strongly in the impact of research upon the undergraduate experience. Engaging and investigating a part of one’s discipline not only enriches education but provides an opportunity to discover new ideas that can benefit all.

Prior to joining CELTS, Kevin served as a Pre-Health Advisor for five years at Loyola. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Political Science, a Master’s degree from Michigan State University in American History and a doctorate from Loyola University in American History.

Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife Bethany and their two children Ari and Lucy. He plays too much golf and once traveled over 1300 miles to attend a Phish concert. He would do it again in a minute.
