Halas Cardio Floor
To access the cardio floor, go to the upper level and through the glass doors on the basketball courts. This is the only access to the Halas cardio floor. The cardio floor hosts high ceilings and a variety of cardio equipment. The space is complete with treadmills, cross-trainers, concept-II rowers, Power Mills, Adaptive Motion Trainers, arc-trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, group exercise/spin bikes, upperbody ergometer, and steppers.
Additionally, you will find the following on the cardio floor:
- Dedicated Stretching and Core Strengthening Area
This space will allow participants to stretch and do abdominal/core work in a dedicated area.
- LUCycle Studio
Overlook the west quad and the beautiful Loyola Campus as you enjoy a LUCycle class, Loyola's version of indoor cycling! The spin studio has 20 bikes and hosts multiple daily classes.
