Lisa Paschal
Lisa Paschal is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Ryan Specialty Group. Lisa joined RSG in April 2014 and is responsible for human capital strategy for RSG’s global business, encompassing over 70 offices around the world. She previously spent nine years as Senior Vice President, Human Resources with Argo Group. Prior to that Lisa held increasingly responsible HR leadership positions with Hartford Financial Services and Hess Oil.
Lisa began her career in human resources in the retail industry before returning to law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Upon earning her Juris Doctorate, she practiced employment and family law in Houston before returning to the corporate world managing employee relations for Hess Oil. Lisa earned both her Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Community service is important to Lisa and she currently services as Board Secretary for A.D.O.P.T. (Animals Deserving of Proper Treatment) and she volunteers in the Animal Assisted Therapy program visiting patients with her Goldendoodle, Huntlee, at Edward Hospital.
