Mikey’s career began in staffing, where she spent five years working with a variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, at LaSalle Network as a Team Lead. She was pivotal in launching a new business line dedicated to Software Engineering and Product Management recruitment. Mikey’s career is characterized by her strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and proven ability to mentor and develop teams. Her expertise in managing multiple projects and applying agile methodologies to recruiting has consistently yielded results.
Mikey earned a dual-concentration BBA from Loyola in Information Systems and Marketing. She is excited to return as a Baumhart Scholar while working towards her MBA. In addition to her professional endeavors, she is a proud Southsider, avid reader, painter, Yorkshire Terrier aficionado, and is likely to be found on a patio or by Lake Michigan.
