Chloe is an energetic and driven leader with a strong financial acumen, passionate about creating positive social impact.
Throughout her career, Chloe has excelled in financially focused roles in a variety of industries. After starting her career with KPMG in the Public Sector group auditing government and non-profits, she was Finance & Accounting manager at a social ed-tech company. Then on to finance operations at non-profit YMCA of Metro Chicago, and now to the private sector at Chamberlain Group where Chloe's overseen the P&L of a line of business, managed pricing, and worked on beginning ESG reporting.
Her commitment to social impact extends beyond the workplace. Chloe has actively participated in leadership roles of Employee Resource Groups, organized corporate volunteer events, and championed DEI initiatives. Through the Associate Board of Open Books, she has demonstrated her dedication to making a local impact in the literacy space.
Chloe's pursuit of social impact is underpinned by her academic achievements: most recently a Corporate Sustainability Management certification from Yale School of Management, all the way back to her time at NIU with minors in Social Entrepreneurship and Community Leadership & Civic Engagement. Her leadership and passion for making a positive difference make her a valuable asset in driving social impact initiatives.
In the pursuit of her goals, Chloe is eager to further her impact through the Baumhart Scholars MBA Program. With a relentless drive to create a better world, she looks forward to leveraging her leadership abilities and financial expertise to lead impactful initiatives and inspire positive change.
